Hunghungese meal

   This is Crispy Hunghung Pointless Albatross. The albatross is smothered in spices and hung in the
   restaurant window for some days before being roasted at a very high temperature to crisp the skin,
   and also to kill off a specific population of Ankh-Morpork flies[*]. The albatross has been
   shredded, and popped into small pancakes along with strips of turnip and cabbage. The dish is
   finished with a dribble of DumSim sauce.

   [*] A small ecosystem exists within the restaurant, based in the front window. A species of fly has
   evolved to thrive on the festering albatrosses. They are called Dropsoffinyer foodanwilkilya. Due
   to the unusual spices used in this dish, the flies are experiencing some unlikely evolutionary
   occurrences.
