Yellowtail snapper
A wide yellow stripe that divides this fish in half extends to the tail, which is how the yellowtailsnapper got its name. Above the stripe the scales are blue with yellow spots, while below they
alternate between thin pink and yellow lines. A very colourful and flavoursome fish.
