| The tent here is crammed full of shelves containing slabs of meat from various animals and various body parts. Around the edges of the tent stand cages containing a variety of animals, from full-grown chickens and ducks to succulent baby snakes and alligators. A chopping block against the edge of the stall serves as a surface upon which the stallkeeper can assure his customers that they are receiving only the freshest meats for their meals. |  |
