In the land of perpetual rains and mists that is Llamedos, little other than holly bushes thrive in
the damp earth. The druids however, gifted in the arts of herbalism and plant lore, have managed
through the years to cultivate a hardy root vegetable: the leek. As a consequence, leeks are now
the staple diet of the Llamedese. This leek seller carries a tray piled high with the green and
white vegetables, safe in the knowledge that before the day is out, she will have sold every last
one to her captive market of hungry Llamedese immigrants.
