capitalises on those very same misconceptions, regardless of the detriment to his reputation
locally. He is a portly fellow who wears his black moustache in two curly tendrils and a red fez
plonked atop his head. His jolly face has a sweaty sheen, and he looks somewhat uncomfortable in
his chosen uniform.
