| The foyer of the public baths of Genua is a grim concrete affair. The elegant and socially upwardly-mobile culture of communal bathing has never taken hold in the Diamond City, so the bathhouse caters mostly for those citizens who are too poor to afford suitable sanitary facilities in their own homes. As such, no expense has been spent in ensuring that the bathhouses are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. A door in the east wall leads to the bathhouse itself, while another leads back to Samedi Crescent. |  |
