Baby Bamboo Shoots
This is a meal for those who don't particularly like or trust the meat content of Auriental food.The plate in front of you has a number of small bowls on it and two bamboo shoots to the side that
can be used as chopsticks. In each of the bowls bamboo leaves have been prepared in a different
way. In the first they have been diced up into tiny pieces and mixed with various herbs and spices.
In another they have been ground into a green paste, and in a third they have been cut into the
shape of little men. All up this is one of the more fun meals available here.
