Wood panelled canopy bed
This is a stunning Auriental canopy bed, surrounded completely on three sides by interconnected warmmahogany planks that encase the mattress. The bed's front face has been lacquered and detailed to
such a degree that the layers of paint can be seen building one upon the other. Depicting Auriental
landscapes, scenery, people and society, each panel on the canopy bed is different, each hand
painted by a different artist. The bed itself has been made up to a high standard, with forest
green velvet and golden brocade throws mixed in with warm brown pillows that nestle against the warm
red wood of the bedframe.
