Golden Satsuma jar
This beautiful jar is made in Satsuma style, which elaborately employs the use of gold. Besides thefully gold-covered handles and gold edges, countless gold threads and gold dots are woven throughout
the entire jar. An autumn scene is depicted in the centre of the jar, while the lid and base are
covered in a pattern of soft black and warm gold dusted with pale green and rose-coloured flowers.
