This is a senile royal judge. Judges these days aren't needed that much in Sto Lat, but although
there are no jobs for judges the original ones still get paid their normal salary since everyone is
too afraid to tell them that they are now obsolete. This judge is fat, bald, and very, very ugly,
but with the money he has he could probably get any grandma in town.
