A large man, sweaty and glistening, exudes the moniker "Master Chef". Standing tall and
wide, Shabu-Shabu earns his wage as the chef to Lord Hong's demanding tastebuds. He is totally
hairless, except for a long drooping moustache and wispy eyebrows, and streaming with sweat. His
huge muscular frame does not seem to be ideal for a chef of his calibre. However, Shabu has an air
of constant care and culinary mastery hanging over him like the steam from his ovens.
