Green crystal sphere
This is the Sotobuko Sphere, a small ball made of some form of deep green crystal. Cracks under thesurface of the crystal glint with reflected light, and it seems surprisingly heavy for its size.
The sphere came into the possession of the Tangs when it was found on the body of a rebel who
claimed to be the true Emperor of the Agatean Empire. The rebel had allegedly used it to see into
the future, but it was widely considered to be cursed and in any case it ceased to work entirely
after a past Lady Tang dropped it.
