Black velvet dress jacket

   This is a finely crafted dress jacket, cut from black velvet to create a chic garment that would

   that is echoed on the lapels, while the velvet itself is of an undescribable shade of black that
   sometimes appears darkest red, sometimes as blue as the deepest ocean, sometimes purple as a purple
