An elegant room

| The entrance hall of the Ephebian Embassy lacks only a roof and walls, the sky above hidden by the tanglement of grape vines climbing up the tall, elegant pillars and along the beams. The marble floor radiates coolness, and beyond the pillars surrounding this courtyard, a simple walkway curves its route. Here and there, benches lay between the pillars, containing serious faced gentlemen. A desk rests in the middle of the room, quills and paper at the ready for those in need of them. |  |
