The High Tide covered market

| Just south of the tall cages of Fountain Park, the scents and sounds of the animals drift under the hessian sides of the tent and mingle with the all too human smells which inhabit the covered market along High Tide Road. The crates and boxes at this point of the market are covered in colourful seashells which have apparently been imported directly from the Brown Islands. Wrinkled faces stare out of the crowd, which pushes every one of its members back and forth in a sweaty conga line which continues in every direction - except for just to the west where it looks like there is a north exit. That would be a good place to plan an escape route if the heat and humidity of the covered market is getting to be too much. |  |
