This is an Ephebian soldier, though the term soldier is used loosely. Many years ago the Ephebians
and Tsorteans were at war with each other. The only reason that things didn't get out of hand was
because Djelibeybi separated them. Times were tenuous back then. Now however, although they still
claim to dislike each other, they tend to set aside differences whilst in Djelibeybi. This
particular soldier seems rather well trained and holds his weapon with experienced ease.
