The smell of brine and saltwater ooze from this colourful character. He's got an ancient, weathered
look to him like perhaps he was left in the wash for his entire childhood. He is definitely a few
threads short of a full coat, too. He seems ill at ease here on land, as if he is a sailor without
his land legs. One might idly wonder whose legs he is therefore borrowing, but the grunts and
mumblings discourage inquiry.
