Rimturnwiser
This is a wonderfully waterproof hat of the type used by sailors all over the multiverse. It ismade of tough canvas, carefully oiled to obtain the effect that can be observed when one pours water
on a goose, although rimturnwisers tend to be quieter than geese and rarely bite. The brim is very
