Round of Laschiri

   A traditional Uberwaldean food, Laschiri is a peculiar type of cheese. Made of reindeer milk, the
   curds are drained and toasted in front of a fire while in a rimmed platter, giving it a crusty
   surface not unlike bread. Underneath the crust lies a smooth, creamy cheese with a light and buttery
   taste - usually served with jams at breakfast.
